ACTFL Standards and Proficiency Guidelines

These standards and proficiency guidelines, developed by the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages, are the principles which guide the measurement of language acquisition. These nationally established objectives and goals provide the framework for language teaching at Southern Adventist University.
