SST Referrals
We have recently updated our referral system to allow all Southern employees to refer
students to the Student Success Team, directly.
Previously, faculty could refer only students enrolled in their courses, while all
other referrals had to be submitted through our online form and then manually entered
for tracking purposes.
Faculty will now have the ability to switch between their "Faculty" account and their
"Employee/Staff" account to refer any undergraduate student. The referral process
for each account is slightly different. Faculty will need watch both tutorials.
Before attempting to create a referral, please go through the tutorial below on "HOW
TO CREATE A STUDENT REFERRAL". It might be helpful to open the tutorial in a second
window.
How to create a student referral
The following tutorials will walk you through creating a student referral within our referral system. Faculty will need to view both tutorials.
