Make-Up Exam Service
Testing Services – Student Support Services, Bietz Center for Student Life
In the event that a student is unable to complete an exam during regularly scheduled
classroom time, The Testing Services Office provides a Make-Up Exam service to all
University instructors. This is only to be used in the case of excused absences due to genuine medical or family emergencies. This service is not for students who miss their regularly scheduled exams by choice
or error, leave early for the weekend, or have multiple exams scheduled at the same
time, or for any other reason. While the validity of an excuse is at the discretion
of the professor, we ask that this condition be honored so we can accommodate the
requests we receive in a timely manner.
To request the Make-Up Exam service, please use this form.
