MAY GRADUATION LUNCHEON IN CONVENTION CENTER BALLROOM
Due to the corona virus concerns, the May 10 graduation will be rescheduled.
Following Commencement on Sunday morning, Southern Adventist University will be happy to accommodate you and your guests at a luncheon in a private room of the Chattanooga Convention Center. You can avoid the hassle of locating a restaurant or available parking and celebrate with family and friends without leaving the Convention Center. All linens are white with china and silverware included. Wait staff and university personnel will be available to assist you. If you wish to bring in your own graduation cake, arrangements can be made in advance by emailing Sharon Robberson: robberson@southern.edu.
You may secure your reservation by going to the university graduation paypal website (click here) no later than May 1, 2020. All reservations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another name if no later than the Wednesday before graduation weekend. Price per person is $24, tax included.
The vegetarian menu (plated meal) will be:
- Mediterranean Salad – Romaine Lettuce with Feta Cheese and Fresh Tomatoes, Black Olives, Green Beans, Cucumber and Garbanzo Beans w/a Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- Bow Tie Pasta, Zucchini, Peas, Asparagus, Shredded Carrots, Grape Tomatoes tossed in Olive Oil and topped with a stuffed Tomato with Egg Plant, Portabella Mushroom, Artichoke and covered with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- Chocolate Mousse Cake with a dollop of Whipped Cream and Berries
- Pineapple Ginger-ale Punch
