Location/Department: Records and Advisement
Description/Duties:
- Process daily outgoing transcript requests
- Process and manage Enrollment Verification letters and forms
- Must be able to work independently on tasks (planning, prioritizing, executing in a logical manner)
- Provide excellent customer service phone, email and face-to-face
- Assist departmental staff with projects
- Answer and make phone calls in a professional manner
- Scanning documents into students permanent files/maintaining student record/files
- Assist with front counter coverage, help facilitate with answering questions and assisting with the needs of our customers
- Assistance with special projects throughout the academic year such as graduation and office organization
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prefer previous office experience
- Be proactive, motivated, adaptable and a quick learner
- Have strong organizational, computer and interpersonal skills
- Must excel in written and spoken communication, work independently, follow instructions well, anticipate needs and respond accordingly
- We are looking for energetic and friendly students that are professional and have a team player attitude. You must be detail-oriented, organized and responsible
Hours: Arranged - must be able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week during the school year. Availability during the summer months is also preferable.
Pay Rate: Based on class standing
