Gift Options
Use this Payroll Deduction Form to give directly from your paycheck. You may choose
one fund at a time. Complete a new form for each new fund you want to support.
One-Time Gift : The full amount of your gift will be taken in one payroll.
Recurring Gift: will continue to be deducted on your chosen schedule until you contact the Advancement
office to make a change to your gift. Every payroll or Monthly on the last payroll
Please allow 1-2 payrolls for your gift to be fully processed through Human Resources.
