One-bedroom (673 sq. ft.) - $765/month (effective 5/1/25)
Two-bedroom, one level (703 sq. ft) - $825/month (effective 5/1/25)
Two-bedroom townhouse, two levels (832 sq. ft.) - $850/month (effective 5/1/25)

Features: stove, refrigerator, mini-blinds, water, garbage pickup.

Laundry room available in complex free of charge to residents.
