If you would like to create a print piece or another project for an off-campus audience, or if you need photos taken for promotional  purposes, the experienced professionals in Marketing and University Relations can help. The team also communicates with local churches and the media for upcoming events and provides assistance to Southern faculty and staff who have been asked to speak.

PROJECT REQUEST

The project request form is generally the initial form of contact with our department. Before you fill it out, it's important to understand the timeline for projects and the fundamentals of the creative process to save you time and money. This form verifies your request for assistance and secures your project's place in our workflow.

PHOTOGRAPHY REQUEST

If you would like to capture a special event, need new studio shots of faculty and staff in your department, or would like to take advantage of our collection of campus photos, fill out a photography request form.

REPRINT REQUEST

Need more copies of a project we've already completed for you? Fill out the reprint request form. 

MEDIA COVERAGE REQUEST

Do you have an event or project that could benefit from coverage by local media? Please fill out the media coverage request form and give us as much advance notice as possible.
