NEW EXCHANCE USER INTERFACE
With the upgrade to the new version of Exchange, some of the important setting locations
have been changed. This highlights the most important changes.
The application menu is a new feature which is where your Calendar, Contacts, Tasks,
and Mail apps are now found. This menu is a small button made of nine small squares
in the top of the screen. Depending on the size of your screen, this menu can be found
on either the top left or the top right of the screen.
Click on it to open a drop-down menu housing links to the Exchange applications.
The settings menu can be found in the gear icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
Click it and a drop-down menu should appear and from there, select "Options" to navigate
to the Options page. Here you can set Out of office Rules and Inbox Rules.
To sign out of Exchange, select the circular profile icon in the top-right of the
screen. In the drop-down menu, the last option should be "Sign out." Click that option
to sign out of Exchange.
